Time Limits

Pitching Limits

*A single pitch constitutes an inning pitched

-These pitching limits are very liberal as structured and don’t consider pitch counts.

Coaches and parents are ultimately responsible for player pitch counts and arm health. We strongly recommend that teams and parents consider the MLB Pitch Smart Guidelines.

Pool Play Tie Breakers

1. Head-to-Head

2. Runs Allowed

3. Runs Scored

4. Coin Flip

   • For 3+ teams tied, tiebreakers are reset after determining the #1 seed.

• Pool play games can end in a tie.

• The higher seed is the home team in bracket play.
