4:30pm-5:30pm - Meet the Directors @ Four Winds Field Performance Center Patio (overlooking right field) - Opportunity for coaches to stop by and meet the ETS Sports team. This informal setting is provided for coaches to ask questions regarding the tournament and learn more about plans for 2026.
5:00pm-5:45pm - PIN TRADING - near the right-field splash pad
5:45pm - Teams lineup for the parade on the field at Four Winds Field (Right field near the splash pad)
6:00pm-7:00pm (approximate start after the completion of the first game) - Parade of teams, opening ceremonies, and announcement and award presentation of skills challenge winners.
7:00pm-8:00pm - PIN TRADING - near the right-field splash pad

9U A/AA Specific rules:
No Leadoffs: A player can leave the base after it crosses the plate.
No Dropped 3rd Strike: The Player is out regardless on a 3rd strike.
Be at your field ready to play 30 minutes before your scheduled game time. Games may start early.
